These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VentureScale website and any pages, content, materials, or resources made available through it (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site is operated by Digital Blitz Inc. dba VentureScale (“VentureScale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Boston, Massachusetts.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Website Purpose

The Site provides information about VentureScale, our services, our approach to B2B SaaS growth and customer acquisition, client results, case studies, testimonials, and related business information.

Nothing on the Site creates a client, consulting, agency, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship between you and VentureScale.

Any paid services provided by VentureScale are governed by a separate written agreement between VentureScale and the applicable client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to those services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Site may describe client results, revenue growth, customer acquisition results, return on investment, annual recurring revenue, advertising performance, sales performance, or other business outcomes.

These examples are provided for informational and illustrative purposes.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside VentureScale’s control, including the client’s product, pricing, market, offer, sales process, team, competitive environment, implementation, budget, customer demand, and other circumstances.

Any specific guarantee offered as part of a VentureScale engagement is governed exclusively by the written agreement applicable to that engagement.

4. Case Studies and Testimonials

The Site may contain testimonials, case studies, client statements, performance metrics, screenshots, revenue figures, or other examples of client experiences.

These examples represent the experiences or results of the applicable clients and should not be interpreted as a promise that every client will achieve the same or similar results.

Where appropriate, certain information may be rounded, reformatted, anonymized, or presented for clarity, while maintaining the substance of the underlying result.

5. Booking Calls and Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links allowing you to schedule a call through third-party services such as Calendly.

When you leave the Site and use a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by the third party’s own terms, privacy policy, and practices.

VentureScale does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, or operation of third-party websites or services.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is owned by or licensed to VentureScale, including text, copy, graphics, designs, branding, logos, videos, frameworks, methodologies, sales materials, case studies, page layouts, and other materials.

You may view the Site for your personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission from VentureScale.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law, interferes with the Site’s operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, introduces malicious software, impersonates another person or entity, or infringes the rights of VentureScale or any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentureScale makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, its availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Blitz Inc. dba VentureScale and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

This includes, without limitation, lost revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Blitz Inc. dba VentureScale and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the applicable courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on the Site with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
